Terms of Service
If you need a replacement due to defective or damaged device, we will replace it with the same item you originally purchased. To be eligible for a replacement you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. To obtain an RMA form please call our Customer Care team at (833) 692-3883 to speak with a representative you can email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, which will start the process of returning your Biotica device directly to Better Air USA to exchange your unit.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please be sure to send the product back in the original packaging with all the accessory parts properly packed. If the seal is broken on the probiotic cartridge, you do not need to return it. If the original packaging is no longer available, please pack it in an appropriately sized box with bubble wrap to protect the device from any further damage that may occur during the return shipment process.
Once your product has been examined and approved for replacement, you will be notified via email of when your new shipment will arrive.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection (with reasons why) of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will then be immediately processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund within 2-7 business days of the approval date, please examine your bank statement or credit card statement to ensure it has not been posted. Then contact your bank or credit card company directly as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

AMAZON OR OTHER RETAIL PURCHASES
If you have purchased your Biotica800 directly through Amazon.com or any other retailer, you must contact Amazon.com, or those other retailers directly. Unfortunately, we do not process returns, replacements or refunds for Amazon or for any other retailer.
Our 1-year Limited warranty begins from the date of the original purchase and covers any defective product. If repair is not practical, Better Air Environments, LLC will replace the defective product with a fully warranted, factory-reconditioned product that is the same or has similar functionality with the exceptions stated below.
Does not cover damage caused by misuse or when used other than as intended and described in the Biotica800 Quick Start Guide. The warranty does not cover loss or damage to removable parts. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
This product is borderline extraterrestrial, or almost beyond belief in it's effectiveness considering it's a spray. Now I keep a bottle at my work desk and in my day bag without fail. Being able to create a anti allergen free zone or field of purified and balanced environment around me gives me is amazing.

The refills work just fine, and auto ship brings them just before needed. But can I recycle the plastic in any way?
I use to suffer terribly with my allergies. Eyes watering nose running like an faucet and when I awoke I would be all stuffed up. Taking allergy meds did not agree. I read the instructions and set my unit up in my bedroom around 3PM; went to bed at 10 PM. I noticed a pleasant smell to the air; went to bed. Usually I would wake up through the night with a really stuffed up nose. THIS NIGHT WAS DIFFERENT! I slept the whole night and when I awoke my nose was clear, no sign of watery eyes and chest congestion was gone...I could not believe it. My unit is on constantly and I absolutely would not be without. I love it. Will be buying another unit in a month or two for me and possibly another one for my beat friend who suffers the same allergy situation. Thank you!
