BetterAir provides Free United States Postal Service (or USPS) Priority Mail shipping on the Biotica800. Expedited shipping is also available at an additional cost to you. For your convenience we offer FedEx Standard overnight (at additional costs based on your location).
RETURNS – 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your Biotica device, we will provide you with a full refund. Any New or Used device can be returned within 30 days of the date of shipment and is eligible for a full refund back to the original credit card or method of payment it was originally purchased with.
To be eligible for a return/refund or an exchange, you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. To obtain an RMA form please call our Customer Care team at (833) 692-3883 to speak with a representative, visit our website @ www.betterairus.com to chat with us, or you can email us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org, which will start the process of returning your Biotica device directly to Better Air Environments, LLC and to receive a full refund or to exchange your unit.
Please ensure that your item is in the same condition as you received it in. Please be sure to send it back in the original packaging with all the accessory parts properly packed. If the seal is broken on the probiotic cartridge, you do not need to return it. If the original packaging is no longer available, please pack it in an appropriately sized box with protective bubble wrap to protect the device from any damage that may occur during the return shipment process.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item that is over $75 in value, we recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our facilities. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you need a replacement due to defective or damaged device, we will replace it with the same item you originally purchased. To be eligible for a replacement you must contact us to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection (with reasons why) of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will then be immediately processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment, within 2-7 business days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund within 2-7 business days of the approval date, please examine your bank statement or credit card statement to ensure it has not been posted. Then contact your bank or credit card company directly as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

AMAZON OR OTHER RETAIL PURCHASES
If you have purchased your Biotica800 directly through Amazon.com or any other retailer, you must contact Amazon.com, or those other retailers directly. Unfortunately, we do not process returns, replacements or refunds for Amazon or for any other retailer.
Our 1-year Limited warranty begins from the date of the original purchase and covers any defective product. If repair is not practical, Better Air Environments, LLC will replace the defective product with a fully warranted, factory-reconditioned product that is the same or has similar functionality with the exceptions stated below.
Does not cover damage caused by misuse or when used other than as intended and described in the Biotica800 Quick Start Guide. The warranty does not cover loss or damage to removable parts. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other legal rights that vary from state to state.

So far, so good. A bit complicated but I'm learning as I've gone along. With no guidance or help with the first units I purchased, your input and a newer unit has allowed me to understand how they work. The new units and instructions are an improvement over what I first received.
BA-1000Pro Refill Bottle
When first diagnosed with CIRS, I bought the machine from BETTERAIR. Faithfully used in my bedroom after having my home fogged to kill all mold spores. Didn't think I needed any longer, but then after a couple of years, had inadvertently moved a friends furniture in my home without thinking this friend had mold. Therefore, I was getting sick from breathing in the spores. Finally, I remembered the machines I had since my Mother had passed away and inherited hers so I ordered a fresh supply Of BA-008 refill cartridges. I could feel the difference after a week of usage.
My only regret is that my Mother's machine keeps stopping and I have to manually continue to turn the machine on and giggle it to work.
My order arrived on time and was received in excellent condition.
When I started getting headaches after spending a couple hours a day in one room of my house, I took everything out of the closet and found what appeared to be mold on the floor and baseboard. My husband took out the baseboard and carpet and sprayed the area with clove oil. I put the biotica in the room and waited a week or so for it to kill the mold. The biotica made the air smell fresh. And when I started spending my mornings in the room afterwards, NO HEADACHES! Thank you for making a product that cleans the air!
Hi should've bought the bigger one for travel but this one will work just fine. I like having the spray bottle - easier to take on trips.
Although these are pretty expensive, we find that they help immensely with our allergies. Having our allergies flare up, we checked the Biotica800 to find that the cartridge was empty. We ordered them and installed them after their quick arrival. Our allergies subsided quickly. We're convinced it helps.

This is our 2nd unit - we bought our first from Amazon. We liked it so much we bought a 2nd. It's impossible to prove but our allergies have been greatly reduced since using it. Within a few days, we noticed that we're not blowing our noses and sneezing quite so often. However - all allergy related benefits are greatly reduced/lost once you go outside or open the window.
Every-so-often it lets out a puff/stream of mist. We put the first by the a/c returns for the best circulation in the area that treated the largest area of our home. Even then we saw benefits. The 2nd we bought directly from BetterAir is for the bedrooms.
Our 14 year old cat appears to be feeling better as well - she's more alert and playful. Our daughter visits weekly with her 13 year old Yorkie who suffers for a few years now from Valley Fever. He is improving as well - gaining all his pre-Valley Fever weight and is more active. Again - we can't prove any of these claims.
I have not seen a reduction in dust. I was hoping that it would magically disappear (joke), so ... I dusted. That was just yesterday and soon it will be "window opening season" and I suspect we'll be back to sneezing and blowing our noses. But - at least I got a break from my allergy medication and still have kleenex!
